Bawaslu Kubu Raya peringati HUT RI ke-75 ditengah Pandemi secara Virtual
Kubu Raya – Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Kubu Raya memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) ke-75 Republik Indonesia secara Virtual di Kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang disiarkan secara langsung dari Istana Merdeka, Senin(17/8/2020).
Peringatan diikuti oleh Ketua, Anggota, Koorinator Sekretariat serta jajaran Staf Sekretariat Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya dengan tetap mematuhi Protokol Kesehatan diantaranya tetap menjaga jarak aman, menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) seperti Masker, Face Shield, mencuci tangan serta membatasi peserta yang mengikuti upacara secara Virtual di Kantor. Selain, peringatan di Kantor adapula jajaran kesekretariatan yang memperingatinya ditempat tinggal masing-masing.
Dalam peringatan upacara yang diselenggarakan secara sederhana dan berlangsung khidmat tersebut, Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Uray Juliansyah mengatakan dengan moment peringatan HUT ke-75 ini Bawaslu Kubu Raya juga akan terus berkomitmen untuk bekerja sesuai Undang-undang sertai akan mengedepankan kepentingan masyarakat umum di Kabupaten Kubu Raya sesuai semboyan “Bawaslu Kubu Raya Terdepan”, terdepan dalam pelayanan.
“Dengan Tema Kemerdekaan tahun ini Bawaslu Kubu Raya juga mengusung semboyan tuk menjadi yang terdepan dalam mewujudkan keadilan pemilu, dan selalu mengawal, mengawasi dan membangun demokrasi pemilihan atau pemilu yang berintegritas mengedepankan martabat masyarakat Kubu Raya sebagai pemilih” ungkapnya sesaat setelah mengikuti Upacara secara Virtual di Kantor Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya.
Peringatan HUT Kemerdekaan tahun ini berbeda dari tahun sebelumnya, dikarenakan pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan Upacara Peringatan tidak dapat dilaksanakan secara langsung dan hanya mengikuti upacara secara virtual.
Pemerintah meminta mengibarkan bendera Merah Putih secara serentak pada tanggal 1 Agustus – 31 Agustus 2020.
Masyarakat juga diminta menghentikan sejenak segala aktivitasnya selama 3 menit pada 17 Agustus 2020, antara pukul 10.17 hingga 10.20 Wib. (TH/Humas)
