Komisi II DPR RI Setujui Tiga Rancangan Perbawaslu
Jakarta, Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum- DPR bersama Kemendagri, KPU, dan DKPP menyetujui tiga rancangan Peraturan Bawaslu (Perbawaslu). Tiga Perbawaslu tersebut yakni, Perbawaslu tentang Sentra Penegakkan Hukum Terpadu (Sentra Gakkumdu), Pengawasan Pemutakhiran Data dan Penyusunan Daftar Pemilih, serta Pengawasan Pencalonan Perseorangan Peserta Pemilihan Umum Anggota DPD.
Ketua Bawaslu Rahmat Bagja mengungkapkan tiga Perbawaslu tersebut merupakan hasil catatan dan masukan yang disampaikan DPR, Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri), KPU, dan DKPP pada rapat dengar pendapat sebelumnya. “Kami (Bawaslu) sangat menerima dan mencatat setiap masukan terhadap substansi tiga rancangan Perbawaslu dimaksud sebagai penguatan substansi,” kata Bagja dalam rapat dengar pendapat di Gedung DPR/MPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta, Selasa (24/01/2023).
Dia menyampaikan hasil masukan dan catatan terhadap Perbawaslu tersebut, semisal dalam Rancangan Perbawaslu tentang Sentra Gakumdu, terkait definisi “Tindak Pidana Pemilu” yang semula belum diatur, menjadi diatur sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam UU Pemilu.
“Dengan definisi tersebut, rancangan Perbawaslu tentang Sentra Gakkumdu pemilu dapat memberikan gambaran bahwa objek dalam penanganan tindak pidana pemilu yang diatur dalam rancangan Perbawaslu tersebut adalah tindak pidana yang diatur dalam ketentuan pidana Pemilu dalam ketentuan
Pasal 488 – Pasal 554 UU Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu,” terangnya.
Selain itu dia menambahkan Perbawaslu Pengawasan Pemutakhiran dan Penyusunan Daftar Pemilih dalam Pemilihan
Umum akses sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh KPU pada setiap tahapan, dalam konteks tahapan pemutakhiran dan penyusunan daftar pemilih dalam Pemilu, Bawaslu tidak diberikan akses secara penuh Sistem Data Pemilih (Sidalih).
“Dalam Perbawaslu sekarang, Bawaslu meminta untuk dapat memperoleh akses data pemilih yang disusun oleh KPU pada Sidalih secara penuh,” tegasnya.
