Sosialisasi Kegiatan SAPA HULU, Mohamad : Kegiatan ini Sangat Tepat Mendorong Masyarakat Desa agar Sadar Hukum Pemilu
Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Kubu Raya menggelar Sosialisasi Kegiatan Desa Patuh Hukum Pemilu (SAPA HULU) dengan mengundang Anggota Bawaslu Provinsi Kalimantan Barat, Mohamad, Kepala Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa (DPMD) Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Jakaria, serta Beberapa Kepala Desa di Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang telah melakukan MoU bersama Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya.
Mohamad menjelasakan bahwa kegiatan yang dipelopori oleh Ketua Bawaslu Kabupatenh Kubu Raya, Uray Juliansyah ini cukup luar biasa karena mengajak kelompok-kelompok di masyarakat untuk sadar akan hukum serta persoalan kepemiluan.
“Kegiatan ini sangat baik untuk mendorong desa sadar hukum, serta sadar akan masalah kepemiluan” ungkapnya saat kegiatan Sosialisasi Kegiatan SAPA HULU di Sekretariat Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Senin(29/3/2021).
Pria yang akrab dipanggil Cak Moh tersebut menambahkan ikhtiar dari Bawaslu Kubu Raya sudah tepat, untuk mendorong adanya satu pemahaman bersama masyarakat desa mengenai larangan dan sanksi pelanggaran pemilu dan pemilihan. Hal ini tentu guna menyiapkan pemilu yang legitimasinya tidak diragukan oleh publik.
“Kegiatan ini sangat tepat mendorong masyarakat desa agar sadar hukum pemilu, karena Pemilu yang bermasalah berasal dari pemilih yang tidak paham terhadap aturan pemilu” imbuhnya.
SAPA HULU merupakan Kegiatan Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang bertujuan membranding program Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan sarana berbagi pemahaman mengenai larangan dan sanksi pada pemilu dan pemilihan, serta mewujudkan misi Bawaslu yaitu “Membangun Bawaslu sebagai pusat pembelajaran pengawasan pemilu baik bagi pihak dari dalam negeri maupun pihak dari luar negeri”. Kegiatan Sosialisasi ini merupakan kegiatan berkesinambungan dari Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang akan melibatkan Masayarakat di Desa nantinya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas DPMD Kabupaten Kubu Raya Jakaria menjelaskan Demokratisasi di Desa merupakan cerminan pelaksanaan Demokrasi secara Nasional. Karena Desa memiliki asas subsidiaritas, yaitu memiliki kewenangan dan pengambilan keputusan secara lokal untuk kepentingan masyarakat Desa.
“Undang-Undang Nomor 6 tahun 2014 tentang Desa, mensinergikan demokrasi sebagai kewajiban bagi elit Desa (Kades dan BPD) dengan pengembangan tata sosial dan budaya demokrasi masyarakat Desa secara keseluruhan. Jika, sinergi keduanya dapat terjadi, kokohnya demokrasi secara nasional menjadi mungkin terwujud”tuturnya.
