Ketua Bawaslu Kubu Raya menjadi Narasumber Pada Kegiatan Evaluasi Fasilitasi Kampanye Pemilu 2019
Pontianak – Ketua Bawaslu Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Uray Juliansyah menghadiri undangan sekaligus menjadi Narsumber dalam Rapat Koordinasi Evaluasi Fasilitasi Pemilihan Umum tahun 2019 yang diselenggarakan oleh Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Kubu Raya di Hotel Orchardz Pontianak, Senin (05/08/2019).
Dalam Kegiatan tersebut Uray mengungkapkan, Bawaslu Kubu Raya mencatat telah menertibkan sebanyak 1.975 Alat Peraga Kampanye (APK) para caleg maupun Partai Politik karena dianggap melakukan pelanggaran terhadap Perda Ketertiban Umum.
Jumlah APK tersebut, tersebar di beberapa titik. Seperti baliho dan spanduk berukuran besar dan kecil di bahu jalan Adi Sucipto dan diatas parit Serdam sebanyak 628 lembar.
Kemudian diatas bahu jalan, diatas parit dan pohon di kawasan Jalan Arteri Supadio sebanyak 368 lembar. Dan di Jl. Arteri Supadio, Desa Kapur, Sungai Kakap, Sungai Ambawang dan Rasau Jaya sebanyak 979 lembar.
“Jadi semuanya ditertibkan karena pemasangan APK tidak sesuai dengan tempatnya seperti yang tertuang dalam ketentuan Perda,” tegasnya saat Kegiatan Evaluasi Fasilitasi Kampanye, Senin (05/08/2019).
Uray berharap dalam Menghadapi Pemilu yang akan datang, Agar Partai Politik, Lebih fokus dalam penguatan pemahaman aturan kampanye kepada calegnya, Mengakomodir STTP sebagai syarat Administrasi dalam berkampanye dan Melakukan kampanye masif yang positif anti politik uang dan politisasi SARA kepada caleg maupun simpatisannya. Sementara untuk KPU, Menyiapkan regulasi yg berkepastian hukum dalam pemasangan alat peraga kampanye dan untuk APK yang di fasilitasi oleh KPU agar lebih jelas tempat pemasangan dan ukurannya.
Dalam Kegiatan tersebut juga mengundang Polresta Kota Pontianak, TNI, Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Satpol PP, dan Partai Politik. (tht)
